Is there a forum for Applications?

Is there an existing forums that takes GM application, etc.
If there is, can someone let me know, because I'd like to be a GM for this server.
I have been a GM in other servers, so I'm not a total noob.

Applications are already closed. The topics in Ragezone and Gamerzplanet are old. We already hired our staff. All we need at the moment is a Graphics Designer and another Dev.
